Effective Weight Loss Program: No Diet No Exercise No Rebound
We have two kinds of fat in our body, the Subcutaneous Fat and the Visceral Fat.
Subcutaneous Fat is the fat we find under the skin. It can be removed by liposuction but it will rebound.
Visceral Fat is the fat that envelop our organs. Unfortunately, visceral fat predisposes humans to many types of serious illneses. The most serious illnesses are Diabetes and Cardio-Vascular (or Heart) Disease. The reason for this predisposition towards these serious diseases is the fact that visceral fat releases large quantities of triglycerides and low density lipoproteins into the blood stream. This fact is so important that physicians around the world advise their patients to keep their weight low in order to have less visceral fat.
Dieting may decrease your visceral fat but it is not the best way. Exercise can decrease visceral fat but with our busy lifestyle most of us don't have time to exercise. Exercise causes elevated aerobic metabolism, which in turn increases the production of killer molecules known as free radicals, prompting concern about enhanced damage to muscles and other tissues.
Whatever weight loss program, diet, pills and surgery you undergo in order to bring back that sexy figure you had, as long as it won't decrease your visceral fat you won't permanently loss that stubborn fat. You're just wasting your money.
I have a good news for you. A weight loss, I mean Fat loss program that will bring back your sexy figure you've been longing for without hassle, the healthy and effective way.

Angelina Jolie Takes All 6 Kids to See Harry Potter in London (photos)
Angelina Jolie took all six kids to see Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 in London on Friday, a source tells Us Weekly. Maddox, 9, Pax, 7, Zahara, 6, Shiloh, 5, and 3-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne joined their mom at the Richmond Odeon theater for a private screening of the intense, final Harry Potter film.
Brad Pitt didn't join his brood for their cinematic adventure. The family is in the UK where Pitt, 47, is filming the zombie flick World War Z. Jolie spent the weekend in Hollywood, and was spotted shopping with Shiloh and Zahara on Sunday. See more photos from the family's movie outing.
An insider says the Jolie-Pitts "bought a lot of food" for their afternoon at the movies. "All the kids had hot dogs, and they had popcorn and drinks. They looked like they had a great time!"
The Salt actress (wearing Dolce & Gabbana sunglasses) was spotted outside the theater carrying Viv on her hip and holding hands with Knox. Viv looked adorable in a floral pink dress; Knox mirrored his mom's outfit, donning aviator shades and a long-sleeved black shirt.
"They didn't say if they'd be back," a theater insider tells Us. "But they'd be very welcome. We have a few famous residents in Richmond, but nobody as famous as [Angelina]!"

Little Shiloh puts her mother Angelina Jolie in the shade with her cool sunglasses
As one of Hollywood's brightest stars, it is hard to outshine Angelina Jolie.
But her daughter Shiloh managed to do just that at Los Angeles airport yesterday.
The five-year-old looked like a little superstar in the making as she styled out a pair of shutter shades - made famous by Kayne West - while walking through the airport with the actress.
Her sister Zahara, six, had a pair of bright white glasses of her own, but opted to carry them in her hand.
Shady ladies: Angelina Jolie, Shiloh and Zahara were spotted at Los Angeles airport yesterday
It is clear that Angelina and partner Brad Pitt encourage their daughters to discover their own personal styles.
The couple's first natural-born daughter wore her standard boyish garb of a grey tracksuit while Zahara looked adorable in a floaty white top and jeans.
Shiloh clutched a Pokémon toy and her favourite blue security blanket and Zahara had two dolls in tow.
The trio - as well as bodyguards and a flannel shirt clad nanny - were flying out of Los Angeles after just a brief stay in the city.
They have spent much of the past few months in Malta while Brad films his latest movie, World War Z.

In keeping up with her daughters, the 36-year-old actress wore a classic pair of aviator sunglasses.
The Tourist star also wore a chic, all black pants ensemble and nude pumps while carrying a large Louis Vuitton tote bag.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie Wedding Rumors Just 'More Noise,' French Mayor Says
"There are no plans for them to marry that I know of – and I would know," Correns, France, mayor Michaël Latz tells PEOPLE in response to reports the couple intend to wed in their adopted village.
"Every year, the rumor resurfaces," Latz adds. "More noise from the American press to sell a few more pounds of paper."
The mayor has been friendly with Jolie, 36, and Pitt, 47, whom he says invited him to their home after they first moved into the Chateâu Miraval just outside Correns, a picturesque, eco-agricultural community with a population of 661, three years ago. There is a chapel, part of which dates back to the sixteenth century, on the property, leading to speculation they might opt for a private, in-house religious ceremony.
Should the couple choose to wed one day in France, which recognizes civil services, they would be married by the mayor of their locality. By law, religious ceremonies can take place only after a civil wedding, Latz told local newspaper Var-Matin, and marriages are also subject to certain residency status requirements and a mandatory delay involving official public notice.

Angelina Jolie talks about shooting her Louis Vuitton ad
ANGELINA JOLIE has spoken for the first time about shooting her Louis Vuitton Core Values campaign in Cambodia. In an interview for the brand, filmed in a wooden shack on location for the shoot, Jolie recalls her first visit to Cambodia and why it became a life-changing experience.
"I first came to Cambodia about ten years ago for a film and we were the first film back since the war, so we didn't know quite know what it was going to be like, or what the people were going to be like, and it was the first time I became aware of landmines," Jolie says. "I remember standing in the waterfall during one of our shots and they said 'just stay on this side of the waterfall because that side of the waterfall still hasn't been de-mined'. And I thought, as somebody from America, what does that mean, hasn't been de-mined? It's just the craziest, it doesn't cross our mind that all these children, and people walking around these areas, have landmines in the ground and that's just a part of their daily life."
The campaign's tagline simply reads: "A single journey can change the course of a life. Cambodia, May 2011." Jolie's fees for this campaign are being donated to charity.

Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie Getting Married
Get ready for a royal wedding of another sort: After six years together (and six kids!), Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are planning a wedding set to take place within the next few months, three separate sources confirm in the new Us Weekly, out Wednesday.
The "I do's" could take place at their newly renovated Chateau Miraval in Correns, France (conveniently featuring a 16th-century chapel) -- but don't expect a lavish bash in the manner of Pitt's $1 million nuptials in 2000 to Jennifer Aniston.
This super-couple's wedding "would be intimate and informal," one insider says of the pair.
Although Jolie, 36, and Pitt, 47, have long resisted traditional marriage until it became legal for everyone -- gay or straight -- their kids may have changed their mind.
"The kids ask about marriage," Pitt told USA Today in May of Maddox, 9, Pax, 7, Zahara, 6, Shiloh, 5, and twins Vivienne and Knox, 3. "It's meaning more and more to them."

Brad Pitt Bonds With his sons Maddox, Pax on World War Z Movie Set (photos)
The 47-year-old actor brought his two oldest sons, Maddox, 9, and Pax, 7, to the set of World War Z, the flick he's filming this summer in Marsa, Malta.
Based on the book of the same name, the project -- set to hit theaters in 2012 -- features Pitt as United Nations employee Gerry Lane.
Hanging out in papa Pitt's trailer for a portion of their visit, Maddox and Pax were able to see Pitt film a shooting scene that featured him running away from zombies. Both kids covered their ears to muffle the noise from the scene's sound effects, but were quickly comforted by a bodyguard on set.
"Brad was very cheerful and happy to have his kids on set," a source told Us Weekly of Pitt, who also serves as one of World War Z's producers. "When Brad finished the scene, he took to the boys to his trailer and looked thrilled to see them. [While walking] he didn't hold their hands -- I think he likes to treat them like big boys!"
Maddox and Pax's set visit is just the latest item in their Maltese summer itinerary.
"They had a lots of fun and played for the entire two hours, laughing and giggling," an eyewitness said the Pitt-Jolie brood, who were joined by a few nannies and unidentified kids for the afternoon of fun.
As Pitt shoots World War Z, the family has been staying in a rented, palatial $11 million mansion in Qrendi, Malta. Filming for the project will move to the United Kingdom in mid-July.

Angelina Jolie Visits Cambodia for Louis Vuitton (video)
Looking serene while taking in the sights and sounds around her, Angelina Jolie appears in a new video that coincides with her “Core Values” campaign for Louis Vuitton. “In 2000, Angelina Jolie made her first trip to Cambodia,” a caption reads. “It was a journey that would change her life forever.” In fact, the actress first spent time in the Southeast Asian nation while filming Lara Croft: Tomb Raider, and was “overwhelmed by the beauty of its landscapes and the warmth and generosity of its people,” according to a release. She later returned in her role with the United Nations, raising awareness about landmines, and famously adopted her eldest son, Maddox, from a local orphanage. (She even has Cambodian citizenship!) Jolie is the latest celebrity to star in Vuitton’s “Core Values” campaign, which has also featured luminaries like Bono, Buzz Aldrin, Jim Lovell, Sally Ride and Mikhail Gorbachev. Her first stunning ad was released earlier this month, and a longer video will hit louisvuitton.com in July.

Brad Pitt's daughters Zahara and Shiloh and partner Angelina visit him on location in Malta (photo)
Partner Angelina brings daughters Zahara and Shiloh to Brad's movie set
Angelina Jolie put a huge smile on partner Brad Pitt's face as she brought their daughters, Zahara and Shiloh to visit him on the set of his latest movie.
The 36-year-old actress and the girls stayed for an hour and a half with Brad in Valletta in Malta catching up with the actor and checking out the post-apocalyptic set of 'World War Z'.
Angelina and Brad, 47, spent some quality time alone together a few nights previous when they went out to a seafood dinne at the Xara Palace Relais and Chateaux.
Only recently Angelina told OK! Magazine how lucky she is to have Brad in her life.
“I am very lucky with Brad," she said. "He is a real gentleman, but he is also a man's man. He's got the wonderful balance of being an extraordinary, great, loving father and a very, very intelligent man, and physically he's a real man, in all things that it means.”
The 'Girl Interrupted' actress added that she loves being a woman. “I love that I can have children. I love feeling soft, I love being with Brad, I love all the sensitivity and natural emotion.”
